WHERE THE CYPRESS SLEEPS

Living alone in the swamp’s shadowed heart, a woman seeks protection from the spirit of the child she offered to the waters long ago. When the full moon rises and the swamp’s darkness awakens, she summons him to stand between her and what lurks beyond the trees.

CHALLENGE

An AI short film created as part of my masters degree studies at Georgia State University. We were challenegd to create a short film using the most latest ingenuity in open source and white-wall AI toolsets. I felt compelled to create my short film centered around my favorite film genre, Southern Gothic Horror. I felt that it would not only give me a challenge as far as telling as story with AI, but let me flex the capabilities aand showcasing what it can do as well.
